Draught@Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pale yellow colour, no head. ARoma is dry apples, vinegar and some honey with a big emptiness to it. Flavour is elderflower, metallic and some mild medicinal notes with honey. Metallic and honeyish finish.

Sample thanks to Grumbo! Clear pale golden yellow. Aroma seems centred on woody, pithy orchard bark, continuing to taste, a little syrupy with some caramelised apple notes and floral leanings. Interesting.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sweet apple, elderflower, floral, spice. Taste is sweet, floral, apple, fleshy, tart, mellow citric, camomile hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry flowery finish. Quite drinkable.

Aroma is appley, herbal, slightly perfumed, apple strudel, touch of cinnamon and rubber. Moderate sweetness with a light bitter and tart edge. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite a rich, earthy finish. Quite drinkable.
