Clear pale golden with no head. Sweet aroma with spices and honey notes. Flavour had honey and spicy notes. Flavour wass sweet with honey, spices, flowers and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle, 75cl, shared by Papsoe. It pours a clear, yellowish golden body without any carbonation. Cellarish nose with an apple-like fruityness, quite low on honey and heather. Cellar, some yeasty notes, some honey and a faint hint of wet cardboard. A good dash of alcohol too. Dry and warming in the mouth. A decent one, but too warm, and with a slightly disturbing flavor of wet cardboard. (090514)

Bottle, 75cl, shared by Papsoe. It pours a clear, yellowish body without any head or carbonation. Intensly flowery nose, heather mostly, with alcohol, honey and some cellar. Flowery flavor too, with heather honey, alcohol and sugar. Medium to full body with alcohol warmth. A nice mead, but a bit too evident on the alcohol. (090514)
