Klar bersteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Grasiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig mit Citrus und Grapefruit, leicht malz und getreidig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

330 ml bottle at home thanks to herrklemann! Black color with nice dark beige head. Roasted malty aroma, coffee, licorice, cocoa, dark chocolate, I recognize some coconut but only because I read the description. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium to full silky oily body (very nice for the ABV).

330 ml bottle at home thanks to herrklemann! Clear pale golden color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grass, citrusy fruity, stone and tropical fruits too, light pine, light bready mostly in the beginning. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma but more fruity, sweet fruity. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Tap at Scurreria in Genoa-Italy. Black color with a brown/orange foam. Nose: wow! Milk chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut is pretty hidden but aroma is so rich of these elements I described. Mouth: coconut is here finally. Yes. Powedery coffee feel, rough cocoa, notes of cherries and raisins. So impressed by this fantastic brew.

330ml bottle thanks to herrklemann. Hazy pale golden with a frothy white head. Juicy tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit, passionfruit, citrus peel, resin. Taste of juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruit, mango, passionfruit, piney resin, citrus peel, bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Excellent highly drinkable DIPA, one of the best Mosaic ones I can remember.

330ml bottle thanks to herrklemann. Hazy orange with a thick creamy off-white head, lots of lacing, fair bit of sediment came out but that may have been my fault. Tropical and stone fruits on the nose. Taste of sweet tropical fruits, peach, mandarin, toffee/caramel malt, nice gentle bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Really nice and well balanced, the mouthfeel of this beer is perfect.
