Bottle from Haus Österreich, Luzern. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is strong tropical fruit, fruit salad, mango, pineapple. Body is medium, oily and sweet, more bitter towards the back, with a lively unobtrusive carbonation. Good balance, yet rather thin on the palate. Watery. Still a highly enjoyable APA.

330 ml bottle, bb 10.04.2018, from Grand Cru, Vienna.
Amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, guava, mango, some white grapes, some sourish berries, some pine, some biscuit.
Tastes similar, while a bit lighter.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes crisp, medium bitter, dry, zesty, piney, citric, with some tropical fruits, some sweetness.
Very nice. Really crisp and very fruity, with loads of tropical fruits and a piney dryness towards the finish. Drinks very fresh and balanced. If the taste had a bit more body this would be pretty outstanding. Lovely, old-school west coast IPA.

Tirol ist ja eigentlich ein Bundesland das biertechnisch eher unspektakulär ist. Neben dem Zillertaler Bier, gab es nur ein paar kleine Wirtshausbrauereien. Bis die Jungs von Bierol aus Schwoich anfingen, Craftbier zu brauen. Dieses Bier habe ich als Arbeitswochenausklang in einem kleinen Lokal unmittelbar zum neuen Wr. Hauptbahnhof getrunken. Das einzige, das fehlt, um es zu einem perfekten Bier zu machen, ist die Tatsache, dass es in einer Einweg-Fasche kommt. Das Bier wird zwar in der Karte als IPA beschrieben, ist aber eindeutig als Pale Ale zu erkennen, was man von vielen anderen PAs nicht behaupten kann. Es hat alle feinen hopfigen Aromen, die man sich wünschen kann, ohne zu bitter (IPA) zu sein. Dabei kommen die Hopfensorten Magnum, Cascade, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria und Citra perfekt herüber. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Bier.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mid hoppy citrus fruits, wheat, grapes. Taste of floral and grassy hops, lemon, citrus fruits, wheat, mild bitter finish.

Bottle, 2 month past BB. Cloudy orange, golden cream. Fresh tropical/apricot/pine aroma. Medium body, light resinny and fruit sirup stickiness, piney bitterness on tropical fruit compote, minimal signs of aging, sparkly mango Schorle finish. Quite drinkable and pleasant very fruity IIPA.

Aroma is stinky feet overripe lychee some tropic fruit and lots of oat. Taste is a bit green stuff with some spices and sweaty hops. A bit sweet. Yeah average hazy ipa.

Botlle. Very sweaty Simcoe aroma. Murky amber, low offwhite lace. Medium mellow body, candy sparkles, tropical mealy base, some spring onion, pineapple retronasal. Pleasnt in the long run.

Trübe, orange gelbe Farbe mit kleiner, weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfig floraler, grasiger, dezent malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich floraler Hopfen mit Citrus, Mango und Pfirsichen, dazu dezent malzig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer bis hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.
