Sample at Tribaun Innsbruck said to be 8.9%. Golden color slight hazed, short fine head.. Aroma is very big, hoppy, lavender, soap, sandalwood, grapefruit, mango, apricot/peach, candies. Lots of specialty hops resin, i think due to Galaxy. Huge malt backing, burning alcohol. Full bodied, thick, average carbonation, complex taste, dry finish with solvent and soap. Not an easy one, powerful, potent

Tap at Tribaun. Cloudy orange color, creamy white head, persistent, fine, lots of lacing. Fruits upfront, tropical fruit, mango, ananas then apricot, not excessively tough. American fruity hops resin all over the place, still bitterness is relatively gentle, marzipan and dough on the malt side. Taste fairly complex, sugary, hoppy light salty. Sensible muddy yeast, provides a light mushroom aftertaste. Pretty flavored and savory, medium body thick creamy texture. Nice Smooth but not sticky finish, a bit short, some alcool comes out.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Very hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy and roasty aroma of lemon, coffee beans and straw. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, fruity-grassy and slightly roasty taste of green hops, coffee and some fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry and slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, quite strange actually.

330 ml bottle from Tribaun, bb 22.02.2018
Orange, milky, murky body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, banana, dried fruits, tropical fruits, apricots, orange juice, sweet berries, some oats.
Tastes similar, with some more wheat, spices, subtle pine.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, very hoppy, medium juicy, a bit spicy, oaty, wheaty, citric, a bit piney.

New England style Hopfenweisse? Very interesting! Lots of juicy hops and smooth oats, combined with wheaty and yeasty notes, really diverse overall. Very quaffable stuff, successful experiment.

Bottle shared by SinH4 @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Hazy murky almost milky pale yellow color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, over the top pine needles, (Dutch: "brandnetels"), slightly hops, vegetal coffee, weird herbal bitterness. Decent body, medium carbonation. Meh. 7-2-5-3-12.

330 ml bottle from a supermarket in Innsbruck, bb 11.03.2018
Deep amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, light beige head.
Aroma of spices, bread, earth, caramel, flowers, some fruity hops.
Tastes similar, with some more herbal and citric notes.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bready, spicy, hoppy, yeasty, a bit earthy, citric, floral.

Nice one. Really quaffable and full bodied, with a good mix of bread, yeast, hops and sweet malt body. A bit more earthy and bready notes than usual, otherwise like an amber ale.

Draught at Tribaun, Innsbruck.
Golden, moderate hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of spices, Brett, citrus, apples, wood, sour fruits, some sweet fruits.
Tastes quite similar, a bit less spicy, with some vanilla.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, wooden, a bit dry, moderate sweet, citric, with unripe fruits.

Interesting. The nose is a bit too much on the spicy side for me, while the taste is really smooth, well balanced between Bretty, sour fruity, spicy, but also some lovely vanilla notes. Really fresh stuff, with a good amount of character.

Draught at Tribaun, Innsbruck.
Amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, smooth coffee, lactose.
Tastes similar, with the coffee a bit more prominent and some milky creaminess.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, citric, fruity, milky, with coffee.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but this works surprisingly well. Fruity, crisp hops, creamy milk notes and well integrated coffee lead to a very refreshing, easy beer, that is also really aromatic for the low ABV. The balance is outstanding. Lovely, unique, little beer I could drink all day.

Tap at Taphouse. Mucus grey yellow, grey lace. Moldy Hispanic citrus, minerals, licorice - guess that's the coffee. Light body, dry chewy. Citric grassy bitterness, a bit yuzu zing, dry clay finish, citrus retronasal. A bit past it's prime?
