Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruity hops, mango, citrus, peach, flowers and malt. Nice fruity semi bitter finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. A nice surprise. 190615

From the keg. Hazy orange color with white head. Beautiful tropical and citrus fruit hops, piney as well. Just like it should be. Taste is a bit wet cellar like, disappointing after the fantastic nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Overall still surprisingly good. 8-4-6-3-14Tap again, they have refined the recipe quite a bit. The flavour is much more intense now and reflects the aroma better. Great APA, Mosaic used the right way! 8-4-7-4-15Bottle, about 2 weeks old. Damn, so fruity, no sweat, just the perfect juicy APA! 8-4-9-4-16

Many thanks to Werckmeister for this bottle! Blood orange in the nose, mandarina, fresh floral hops. The beer starts very intense floral, lots of pine, nice bittered with not a too sweetish body. Intense floral-sticly-piney. Great fruity fresh aftertaste, smooth, fresh. Great!

Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions.
Black body, with a big, dense, creamy, lacing, dark beige head.
Aroma of smoke, bacon, coffee, cocoa, dark fruits.
Tastes of smoke, bacon, dry coffee, cocoa powder, dark fruits, wood, some ash.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes roasty, smokey, dry, with coffee and cocoa.
Really tasty. The nose is a bit too much dominated by the smokey bacon notes for me, while the taste is really great, more varied and complex. Alcohol is well hidden, drinks pretty smooth.

Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions.
Deep amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of citrus, sweet berries, bubblegum, flowers, herbs.
Tastes of flowers, bubblegum, vanilla, herbs, citrus, berries, grapefruit, grass, alcohol.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a quite soft carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, zesty, grassy, fruity.
Strange, but not bad. A dinstinctive bubblegum like sweetness in aroma and taste, combined with herbal notes and the hops just in the background. Not the most balanced beer or how I prefer an IPA, but it has some character I quite enjoyed.

Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions, shared by Werckmeister. Thanks Stefan!
Dark amber, hazy body, with a small, creamy, off-white head.
Spicy aroma of coriander, wood, grapefruit, orange, subtle sweet malts.
Tastes of coriander, wood, grapefruit, orange, honey, biscuit, some booze.
Quite full, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, dry, spicy, wooden, zesty.
Interesting, but also quite weird. The spicy, wooden notes are pretty dominant and disturb the balance a bit. I definitely prefer the standard Mountain Pale Ale.

Very dark brown, hazy body, with a big, very creamy, beige head.
Great, smooth aroma of barrel notes, vanilla, banana, dried fruits, berries, subtle cognac.
Quite light taste, with dry wood, vanilla, dried fruits, cognac, coffee, cocoa.
Full, velvety mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes bitter, roasty, dry, wooden, with coffee, dry cocoa.
Interesting. The nose is really lovely and promises a lot, but the taste is too light for my liking and also feels a bit unbalanced. Another highlight is the velvety creaminess. Overall this could have been wonderful, if the taste had more body and balance.

on tap at Craft Beer Fest Wien Tasting Sessions. amber color, small off-white head. strong smell of pepper, spices, wood, rat poison, some grains, coriander, quite unique smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. some fruity notes, overshadowed by peppery / spicy notes, wood again, some wine/grape notes. very spicy / peppery finish. quite unique and interesting, not so much my thing though.
