Kindly donated by fonefan, many thanks Jan. Golden color with no head. Aroma of apples, oranges, honey alcohol. Taste, mead, oranges, clove, other spices, apple, very light floral hops. Tasty, totally different from Slovak or Czech meads.

Orange copper color, bright, hazy. The aroma is strong, surely honey, with a strong floral character, pungent fruits, maybe some acidity, light mold feeling. There is some sweetness, but it’s not syrupy, and the sweetness is limited by the fairly strong acidity; it has some fruity touch, and a lemony sourness, with some rapeseed honey (mead) base character; the final has a light dusty character, not very refined.
I appreciate the acidity.

Measured Final Gravity: 1077
Orange copper color, bright, cloudy. The aroma combines well the typical mead and hop ones; it’s also a bit orangey (Cascade? PNW hops?) and possibly floral. Very sweet, quite syrupy and thick, with moderate acidity, evident hop character (only light bitterness though), nice soft hop resins, hop oil.
Pleasant drink, vibrant.

Bottle 500ml. corked clear glass.Clear light to medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, spicy, medicine, rosehips, apple notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey, spicy, medicine, rosehips, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcholic.
