Prune, cherry, banana, clove, caramel malt, bourbon, and hay aroma. Cloudy brown with minimal head. Very sweet raisin, banana, cherry, toffee malt, bourbon, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Excellent body and balance - bourbon gets stronger as it warms. Worth the wait.

Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Moderately sweet lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Excellent body and balance. Very nice.

Sampled from the bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has oak and flora with sweet grains with some dill backing. Flavor has a bit of straw and grass with light dill and oak underlying.
