On tap at Olhops, Valencia. Pours hazy orange, white head. Caramel malts, herbal notes, quite spicy, rosemary. Light to medium bodied. Can’t say I’m a fan of this herbal/spices combination.

Dull brown colour with almost no head. Definitely some light rosemary in the aroma. In the flavour there are hints of honey sweetness too. Not bad and easy to see why it can easily be paired with food.

330ml design bottle, outdoor at Cafe Dulcina. Dotted spots from a dissipating beige head. Cloudy apricot coloured body. Perfumed fruity smell, rosemary and ginger. The taste profile follows suit with honeyed spices of rosemary and ginger, some fruity notes beneath. Drinkable, not the best choice from the fridge at the street cafe (Alicante 07.06.2016).
