Il gusto al naso viene catturato da liquirizia e orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma persistente e voluminosa ha una buona tenuta. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è pulito, dissetante e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano sentori di miele, cioccolato, liquirizia, luppolo, resina, frutta secca e agrumi.
