An unclear orange-red almost pinkish beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of raspberries, while the flavor is a combination of sweetness and acidity, leading to a dry raspberry finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a small, creamy, white head. Distinct aroma of raspberries. Light-bodied with very pleasant, lightly acidic raspberry flavours. No bitterness - ends as it started, fruity and fresh. A nice fruit beer. 170406

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a somewhat rough, white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Medium body, sweet’n’sour feel with distinct accents of elder flower - the typical earthy touches. No real bitterness. Thanks to fiulijn for this. 170406

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours amber golden with a slight haze and a creamy, off-white head. Caramelish nose with a tangy whiff. Medium body with some caramel and a discreet tartness. Infected? Still quite pleasant. Thanks to Bov for this. 170406

(Bottle 33 cl) Lightly hazy dark amber with a rather handsome, lightly creamy, off-white head. Lightly smoky, sourish nose. Rather light-bodied with the sourness hitting your buds first, then comes the the smoke and in the end some sweetish malt. Unusual beer for Switzerland but quite interesting. Not quite as hardcore as the most extreme Germans though. Thanks to Bov for this rare brew. 260106

A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma is a lovely smoked bacon combined with slight hints of tar. The flavor is sweet and quite carbonated with a subdued smokyness, as well as a sour fruityness. Nice, but not as good as expected.

Blond color. Big creamy head. Quite nice aroma. Good taste, midway to a top fermentation, some sweetness, some hop fruitness. Interesting.

Hazy golden color; creamy head. Very nice hop aroma, strong, floreal. Very good body, sweet, enough malty, light yeast. Hoppy final. A very good Swiss PA/IPA! Good luck.

Hazy amber colour. Chocolate, strawberry, melon, and pale malts in the nose - nice combination! A little astringent, perhaps minerally. Slightly grapefruity hops and hardly any malt. Such promise - what happened?
