A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma is a lovely smoked bacon combined with slight hints of tar. The flavor is sweet and quite carbonated with a subdued smokyness, as well as a sour fruityness. Nice, but not as good as expected.

Blond color. Big creamy head. Quite nice aroma. Good taste, midway to a top fermentation, some sweetness, some hop fruitness. Interesting.

Hazy golden color; creamy head. Very nice hop aroma, strong, floreal. Very good body, sweet, enough malty, light yeast. Hoppy final. A very good Swiss PA/IPA! Good luck.

Hazy amber colour. Chocolate, strawberry, melon, and pale malts in the nose - nice combination! A little astringent, perhaps minerally. Slightly grapefruity hops and hardly any malt. Such promise - what happened?

Golden, clear, with no head. Berryish hop aroma (elderberry, raspberry). Slightly tart body with some elderberry and honey. Wheat finish.

Pinkish colour and very opaque, like grapefruit juice, if grapefruit juice had a huge frothing head on it. Smells a bit like grapefruit, then comes raspberries, vanilla and nuts. Soft, sweetish, delicate and rounded fruit flavour. Quickish finish, but this is the hugely refreshing raspberry beer that hundreds of brewers should be doing, instead of just mailing it in by adding syrup to their regular wheat or golden ale.

Fiery reddish brown with particulate matter and a rich head. Slightly smoky, slightly toasty aroma. Big smoky flavour, soft body and slight fizz in the finish. Warming toffeeish malts back it up.

Clody peach colour, rich head. Aroma of fresh raspberries. Dry, fresh and lightly acidic. The mouthfeel is light and pleasant. Interesting and fairly well balanced beer.

Clear pale golden. Aroma of elderflower. Sweetish and clean with strong elderflower flavour. Looks like elderflower lemonade, smells like elderflower lemonade and tastes like elderflower lemonade. Now, I quite like elderflowers, but would’ve like a bit less of that flavour.
