Slightly hazy amber; good yellowish, thick head, irregular. Smoked nose with a touch of sourness - superb!! Smoked malts, unripe fruits. Again a just superb blend of smokiness (reminding me of Herrnsdorfer Rauchzart) and sour fruitness - a touch wheaty. Sourish grapes. Very refreshing despite the smokiness. Love it. Well-bodied. Please!! Lambicbrewers, start experimenting with smoked Bamberg malt, please. Jacob L., it’s not just gueuze with imperial doses of American hops, we want - we need it to be full of smoked malts too! Thanks Alex!!

Thin, off-white head, slowly disappearing; fully hazy (yeast in suspension) peach-coloured beer. Very perfumey, but not fruit; rather spciy: coriander maybe, rosewater, other aromatic spices; also a whiff of wet cardboard. Taste is more fruity; sweet (red) gooseberry, bit citrus fruit but not aggressively sour, some exotic fruit - but no raspberry... finish is a bit grainy, pale malts. Very slightly acidic. Light mouthfeel without being thin. Acidity makes it refreshing. Several brewers have told me that raspberries pose a problem, losing both colour and flavour fast. But aroma... They will have to learn yet in Switzerland, one needs a LOT of fruit - or something else. I’m sure they will get there.

Clear golden-yellow; slim white head. Fine, delicate vegetal nose that reminds me of summer wheat. No doubt it is the elderflower. There’s definitely an aroma of wheat, like for a Belgian wit. Taste is again, delicate sourish, not wheat-like this time, definitely flowery or fruity, bit like nectaring. Flavour of hay. Light to medium bodied. Nice tingling sensation, quite refreshing. Another very nice, remarkable beer. Laurent Mousson failed to convert me to Swiss beer a couple of years ago, Alex ’fiulijn’ is completely succeeding this time.

Dark amber color with medium sized head. Moderate smoke aroma; light yeast too. The smoke is more present in the flavor, with the dark caramel; correct bitterness; compared to the Aecht Schlenkerla, it has a weaker body, more ashes, a bit of sourness. It’s very good.

Dark amber color. Light smokey aroma; bread. Very good body, smokey, malty, quite sweet. I guess it would be perfect with a sharper bitterness, but can be compared to some Bamberg ones!

Hazy blond color. Nice fruity aroma; sweet muscadel. Fresh beer, the good base is enhanced by a delicate elderflower note, persistent. A very good one!

Bottled. Very dark brown with small head. Light licorice aroma. Sweet and rather malty, some molasses. Vague chocolatey finish. A very mild interpretation of the style.

Still unreleased, this special brew is made by (real) raspberries and aged at least one year. Amber-orange ale, cloudy. White wine and champagne aroma, fruity. Good texture, correct balance of malt body, bitter dryness and fruit notes, yet none is really characteristic. Poor palate (only a few hops where used for not hiding the fruits); dry finish.

Hazy orange color. Dry fruity aroma. Raspberry taste, harmonious, very nice, balanced by a reasonable body and a correct bitterness. It's not my favorite style, but it's perfectly brewed.

Black color with medium head. It has some bread aroma. The flavor has bread, roasted malt, light liquorice and very light sourness; correct bitterness.
Quite good.

Dark ale; the head quickly disappears. Light roasted malt aroma. Rather sweet, medium bodied; partially turns to bitter. Very good roasted malt notes in the palate, but this one lacks some aromatic hop.
