Hazy pale blond color with medium head. Aroma of bread and cereals; pleasant but mild; light grass in the end. Light mouthfeel, with a moderate character of wet grains and straws; correct bitterness.
Better than macro lagers, not as good as other Helles; the malt is not crispy enough, the hop is not grassy.

Bottle 330ml. [ Vintage 2003 ]. Clear medium red amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oxidide, meat, smoke. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130223]

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark berry, raisin, light sweet licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, berries - licorice sweet, oxidide notes.
