Appearance: Quite dark brown. Good amount of nice tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, some dark fruit. Taste: More of the malt and fruit, but also some nice hops in there. My favourite beer from this brewery? Probably, yes. Info: 1000ml bottle, 4/12-2011

Hazy amber color; generous head, compact; evident excess of carbonation. There is a mild hoppy aroma, fruity; but also some apple, possible sign of imperfect fermentation. The flavor is quite simple, caramelized malts upfront, some more sweet smoothness later; quite strong bitterness, but the final has light feeling of vegetables. Very fragile.

Cloudy dark amber color; medium-sized creamy head. The aroma is not convincing: vegetables, iron, paper, caramel, pepper; very wrong. Caramel flavor, dryish mouthfeel, some alcohol perception, but again too evident off flavor of vegetables. This bottle is gone bad for sure; but since it has been quite carefully handled, I question the cleanliness of the brewing process.

Hazy blond color; medium sized head. Light lemony aroma, with chamomile tones. Smooth mouthfeel, quite dry; the flavor is poor, not much malt to talk about, nor hop qualities. Poor.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of phenols, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, phenols, and malt, leading to a dry phenolic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
