Second round and it is for me a good surprise, a classical hefe-weizen, in a country where the lager and the ipa are more common. This one is floral, aromatic, smooth, notes of wheat, cloves and banana, 14.07.21, at Epalinges, purchased at Freiburg.

Personally, it was not my favourite lager, something sour and astringent at the mouth, dry, elderberry side, some hop, not well balanced, 05.09.19, at Epalinges, buying it at the halle aux boissons at Bulle.

Second times to rate this beer and I found this one classical for a kellee style but it is a pleasant beverage, creamy and it is so smooth at the palate, malty, yeasty, fruity with note of hop at the final, 16.07.21, buying it at one cheese shop at Freiburg, serving me at Epalinges.

A pleasant surprise from this brewery. A black ipa at the American level, well brewed, roasted malt and smooth, chocolate with some fruity notes, well balanced and subtle, 21.08.21, rating this one at Epalinges.

Bottle from a trade with CH-303, thanks! Aroma is softly roasted malt and chocolate with a touch of fruity hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty tasty with a good chocolate malt profile, could have used more hops though, it’s more of a hoppy Stout.
