Smell of peat, whisky, oat. Black colour, negligible head. Aroma of smoke, peat, whisky, malt. Long finish. Flat carbon. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Super soft palate. Awesome.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Near black, small head Caramelly, ashy nose. Sweet with near full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, Caramel and ashy licorice, some coffee. Some roasty malt bitterness. More focus on caramel and hard roast malt than malt depth, so not very doppelbock-ish.
