Pours whitish pink, lots of haze. Fruity. Yuzu peels in the nose, juicy and a bit of saison funk. Taste is quite well balanced. Yuzu peels and some spices and even more yeast funk. Good stuff, another great usecase of local fruits.

Pours whitish hazy, nice foam. Aroma is super fresh, citrus attacking you in full force. Daidai, kinkan, all of these Japanese wonders. Saison yeast there also. Taste is nicely yeasty, saison character pretty strong. Excellent implementation, want more than this small sample.

Mahonganh color. No head. Looks very flat. Milk chocolate in the nose but very weak. Fig and light milk chocolate, plum and cinnamon notes. Very malty, a bit thin. Decent depth but body

Medium amber golden color. Soft soapy nose with lots of Yuzu zest and good yeasty character. Medium body, low bitterness. Modest bitterness. Not as dry or funky as I would like. Rounded mouth. Didn’t feel like the funkiness was there.

Very light golden color. Thin head. Very yeasty nose with spiky sharp hop notes, with spearmint and oranges in the nose. Awesome spearmint, orange and yeasty mouth. Dry and modestly hoppy. Very idiosyncratic . Body is probably a bit heavier then I would like but still enjoyable. Almost a peppermint finish. Interesting

Bottle at Michigusa. Cherry nose, smoke, orange, apple, chocolate. Pretty orange-brown color with just a bit of lace. Peppery and a bit phenolic, cherry, smoke, lovely fruit. Bottle came out flat which detracted but very fun stuff.

Tap at Michigusa. Juicy, fruity nose, malty, brown sugar comes through, apple, pear, raisin, burnt caramel. Cloudy brown with a low, lacy head. Great fruit flavor, riasin, grape, apple, spicy yeast, chocolate. A bit of acidity. Great interpretation.

Tap at Michigusa. Dark gold to orange color with a thick head. Grassy and herbal nose, mikan, spicy yeast. Sweet orange flavor then dries out, spicy yeast, very juicy and fruity, pineapple. Spicy, peppery finish. Good again.

cloudy golden color. Frothy white head. Very strong, slightly sour, nose with biscuit, Lemongrass, and black pepper funky nose. Medium full body, definitely appropriate more for the winter. Slightly tart, lots of lemongrass and lemon in the mouth. Modest bitterness. Warming alcohol burn in the throat at the finish. I generally am not a big fan of higher abv saisons and this is no exception. Decent for what it wants to be, but not really for me.

Hazy brown color. Frothy off white head. Lots of cacao, slightly sweet nose with maple. I didn’t notice the cherry very much. Very carbonated but despite the fact it’s a cherry maple porter it doesn’t show a lot of character. As it warms up the maple becomes much more noticeable and the beer is sweeter. Overall not bad, but lacks depth
