This beer from Totocco is a lovely copper color with thick off-white foam as well as a spicy saison aroma. The taste is like a heavy rich French farmhouse saison with loads of white pepper spiciness.

Can - thanks Justin! Pours clear golden yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is field grass, Belgian yeast, floral notes, bit of honey. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.

Italian Pilsner 5.5%
Nice clear soft gold with thick white foam that leaves great lacing behind. The aroma is softly spicy (spalter & sapphire hops), a bit tamer than other Italian pils I’ve had.
Light bodied and very crisp, super crushable with a herbal woodsy finish and tangy chewy light malts. Solid beer.
