Taste comprises dried fruit rinds, more cinnamon, dark malts, light roast, brown sugar dusting, dates, chocolate, vanilla. Medium plus bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Fun cask impy.

Taste comprises caramel wafer, toasted malts, orange peel, hedgerow, brown bread, earthy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Okay stuff.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 3 - Hackney. Pours murky yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of chalky hops, lemon peel, dried pale grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more chalky hop vibes, lemon peel, pale bread. Very so so.

Light to medium sweet flavour with mellow funk, nice tangerine, orange peel, a little lemony tang. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with mild herbal/floral notes, more soft citric tang, light funk. Tasty stuff.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 3 - Hackney. Pours clear yellow with-gold with a sturdy, fluffy white head. Light sweet flavour with fresh, vibrant citrus hops, pithy grapefruit, peach, pine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Clean finish, some bitter lemon peel, further pithy grapefruit. Really solid.
