Many many thanks to my Estonian Secret Santa 2016 for this bottle! Gushing stuff - didn’t expect this from a cider...Sourish tart beginning with a nice balance between sourness and sweetness. Refreshing, fruity. Lots of apples there with winey hints. Long and sourish fresh fruity aftertaste with hints of tannins and a nice refreshing fruity crisp apple aroma. Nice.

Bottle, bb 19.07.18. Pours yellow-golden. Aroma is sweet, apples, some sourness. Flavor is sweet and sourness, some apples, some metallic notes, some acidity. Carbonation is rather high. Overall: drinkable, but doesn’t stand out for me. There are other similar (and better) ciders available by Estonian micros, why not make something different i.e. cloudy english style scrumpy?! --- Beer merged from original tick of Öuna Siider on 01 Sep 2017 at 16:56
