Tap(@Zlý Časy, Nusle): Golden, hazy, small to medium sized almost off-white creamy head, sweetish-bitter grainy to dusty nose, well hidden traces of Bohemian hops underneath;; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied and not so soft; slightly lingering and a bit drier bitter-malty finish. Not the best Bohemian Pilsner, maybe because it was in a poor shape served at Zlý Časy…

(Keg at Zlý Časy, 20160614) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, sweetness, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. A brew with pretty good taste but very mild aroma.

Bottled at Czeska Baszta, Warsaw. Almost clear golden, small head. Mildly buttery hay aroma. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with mild, yet rich and seemless flavours from hay. Notes of butter. Mid bitter finish. Rustic, yet elegant. Complex, yet straightforward and refreshing.
