33cl bottle as Demory Paris Ale Blonde from Carrefour Drive Châlons-En-Champagne. Head is big, white, average retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, floral, bit caramel, honey, fruity. Taste is medium malty base, bready, honey, fruity, nice balanced bitterness, bready touch, medium to high carbonation, not bad, enjoyed.

Gold with a frothy white head that lingers. Aroma is floral with a dose of stone fruit, moving after further consideration towards slightly burnt wet suit rubber. Taste is modestly grassy bitter the whole way through. Medium bodied, somewhat watery texture. Crisp finish with a hint of smoked pine. Unusual, and good.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sharp grainy malt, floral bitter hops, pale malt. Taste of grainy bitter malt, floral and grassy hops, herbs, some yeast.

0.33 l bottle from 'Vormann Brauerei', best before May 2022. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral and a bit herbal-grassy aroma of yellow fruits, some gooseberry and a touch of carambola. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of yellow fruits, gooseberry, carambola and a touch of wort, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting hop flavours, not standard by any means. Nice!
