La Roquette Blanche est une blanche à la robe dorée. Eh oui, ne vous fiez pas à l'appellation “blanche”. Une bière blanche est en réalité une bière de froment, donc elle peut tout à fait avoir une robe qui tire sur le doré. Au niveau du goût, la Roquette est très peu amère et possède un bon goût de banane voire même de pain. Houblonnée avec 22% de Hallertau Magnum et 78% de Tettnang Hallertauer.

Backlog August 2013. Unclear golden body under a dense white head. Mild fruity aroma with banana and spicy yeast. Taste is quite straight forward wheat beer with some fruit and spicy yeast. A bit on the sweeter side. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent.

Many thanks for this blanche bier to mr Marek. Cos pomiedzy belgijskim witbirem, a bawarskim hefeweizenem. Mocna i nawet ostra won przypraw, skorek cytrusow, niczym francuskie sery plesniowe roquefort, chodzi mi o ostrosc, nie przyprawy. Do tego kwaskowosc tu jest lzej niz weizen, al blizej do lzejszej wersji belgijskiej. Metnosc natomiast obfita tu zblizone do bawarskiej. Ogolnie ciekawe i dajace sporo do myslenia piwo ktore na etykiecie udaje paryskie piwo.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Rémi. BB 11/01/2020. Dorée sur col blanc, le tout n'offrant même pas le trouble habituel d'une Hefe. Bière semble-t-il brassée en Allemagne. Arôme est ok, marqué par les esters de levure qui donnent qcq notes de bananes, le tout reste caché niveau houblon qui perce peu, grains reste en dominance; Palais est plutôt épais de malt wheat, ester fruité ajoutant une pointe de banane, amertume en accompagnement mais sans plus, noble finement fruité et fleuri.

Bottled@The Hobbit Tasting. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a creamy mediumsized longlasting white head, which also leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, some slight spices, herbs and mild grainy notes. Flavour is wheat, fruits, some herbs and mild toffeeish notes along with some spices and mild earthiness.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana and clove flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. BB date 19.11.13. ABV is 5.7%, 18 IBU. Hazy pale golden colour, large white head. Strong sweetish aroma with loads of banana, also cloves and wort. The flavour is not too sweeet, cloves and some banana, noticeable hops. Quite good.

Bottle my mrs brought back from a trip to Paris. Beer pours a hazy golden yellow colour with a big white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and banana. Taste is quite sweet with a little sourness. Light body and pretty thin texture there wasn’t much to this and no hint it was 5.7%.
