No po 2 malo udanych piwach z tego browaru, a zwlaszcza po desitce ta dwunastka wypada super dobrze, co mnie zaskoczylo, a niemalze zszokowalo. Piana trwala, drobno ziarnista i bardzo, bardzo trwala. Kolor jasny choc raczej ciemno zlote, sporo babelkow i moze za duzo tu bylo dwutlenku wegla, ale fajnie musuje. Jest bardzo malo slodowe, wytrawne i przede wszystkim gozkie. Piwo srednie przypominalo wiedenskiego lagera, bo bursztynowa barwa, a nie polciemna. Piana srednia i srednio trwala, bardzo jasne jak na Polotmavy Lezak podkresle to. Aromat lekkiej wystygnietej herbaty. Smak lekko karmelowy, lekko slodowy i takze lekko chmielny.

(Keg at Zlý Časy, 20160614) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma grass, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, mildly butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter and mildly sweet. A decent pils.

Slabe niestety piwo o niklej malej i ulotnej pianie. Prosta etykieta i zwykle proste piwo. Na lato w sam raz, ale do delektowania się i degustacji z pewnoscia nie.
