Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from a Billa. Pours clear, pale gold with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of papery biscuits, hay, mild metallic bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, all things considered, some further subtle metallic notes, mild bitter hay, papery notes, biscuits. Not great but I can drink it easily enough.

0,5 l can. Pours clear amber golden with huge, bubbly, quickly dissipating head. Plenty of wet cardboard on the nose, a bit of caramel malt and herbal hop notes. Taste is quite sweet and moderately bitter. Plenty of caramel flavor. Finish is medium long, starts with plenty of caramel and fades to lingering not entirely pleasant bitterness. Way to sweet for me, hard to drink actually.

Can, 0.5l. Thanks to munja who got it at Plodine in Šibenik I guess. Clear golden body, white head, lasting. Some perfumey aroma, vaguely citric, bit washed out. Not unpleasant honestly. Some maltiness and red apple underneath. Fairly empty taste, sweetish, honey touches, vague bitterness, soapy, lightly flowery. Fucken hell, they actually used hops here. Actually, quite good for a cheap Van Pur supermarket lager - I guess I scored a fluke good batch, as this literally expires in 5 days and nothing's wrong with it. Well... had much, much worse than this, honestly.

Sudeći po slici, i ova je probana na jednoj biciklijadi. Idealna je za bicikliste jer ima samo 3% alk pa može služiti kao osvježenje i nadopunu elektrolita. Međutim, isto tako, čim pivo ima samo 3% alkohola može se pretpostaviti da je to neko smeće od pive, što je i istina!

500 ml bottle from Melbourne Beach Market. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a large white head and great retention. Light lacing. Immediate skunky aroma, but it diminishes as it breathes. Pretty pedestrian lager flavor with a soft finish. Minimal skunky flavor. Medium-light body. Lower carbonation. Very low bitterness. All these Czech lagers Staropilsen taste alike. Are they the same beer in different bottles? Maybe, but this one is BARELY better than the others.

500 ml bottle from Melbourne Beach Market. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a large white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Immediate skunky aroma. Thankfully the taste isn't as skunky as the nose. Light pale malts flavor and a soft finish. Very similar to all the other Czech Republic beers I've tried. Maybe slightly less carbonation and a slightly softer finish. Mild carbonation. Medium-light body. Low bitterness.

500 ml bottle from Melbourne Beach Market. Pours a crystal clear mahogany color with a tight beige head and great retention. Decent lacing. Faint dark malt aroma. Dark malt flavor with some minor dark fruit notes in the finish. Very mild and subtle overall. Medium-light body. Soft carbonation. Low bitterness. It looks better than it tastes. Not bad, but a bit underwhelming.
