The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Tap @ Henrik øl og vinstue, Bergen. Clear deep amber, close to black body with a small, dense brown head. Wonderful aroma of dark malt, caramel and peat. Flavor is very complex with different layers all the way through the glass. Sweet, peated malt is the obvious first impression, then caramel malt, maple syrup, dry fruit, soy, warming alcohol and balancing bitterness. Then some nuances of nuts, spices, herbs and lots of unami. Full bodied and endless aftertaste. A big, bold beer with lots of flavors, not even close to what to expect from a brown ale and definitively not a beer for everyone but I found it very tasty and interesting with lots of flavors to explore where the sum ends up as a pleasant beer.

Can at a blind tasting at work. A résztvevők többségével ellentétben én tökre éltem ezt, kicsit sweaty, kicsit oniony, de aránylag nelsonos is azért a szőlős jegyeivel, kiadta

7/III/25 - 44cl can from Beerinabox (webshop, NL), shared @ Gentse Biervereniging adventskalender-tasting, BB: VI/2025 canned: 12/IX/24 (2025-237)
Cloudy pale light blond to light beige beer, unstable, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of fake vanilla, Tic Tac mints, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, lots of citrus, grapefruit, bitter touch, a hint of vanilla, hoppy, a bit grassy, meh. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, a bit sweet, fruity, juicy, more citrus, dry touch. Weird vanilla addition that is not specifically mentioned on the label (except for “Zéro arôme artificiel”, implying there might be natural aromas added?).

330 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with a bit of fizz but little head. Aromas of dark sugars, toasted malts and a bit of alcohol. Flavors follow same with additional dark fruit and more noticeable alcohol. Somewhat chaotic and ABV is up front.
