Part of my Xmas present from my wonderful team at work. Clear pale gold with lasting thick rocky white head. Oddly ok but nothingy pale lager. Some lemon some hop. Malt is the square root of nothing. Some ok hops some lemon. It’s not awful I would say. It’s cold and probably quite refreshing on a hot day in Turkey. It’s ok actually.

This is labelled "special beer world brand" in a red can from the congo, but close enough I’m sure. Aroma of weak malts and water, has an okay copper body and thin foamy head. Flavour is malts and cloying adjuncts. Palate is that nasty fake-beer aftertaste. It’s a rought beer whose only purpose is to get you wasted, which shouldn’t take too long at 8.1%.

From the Croatian RB Crew November 2011 tasting, Ogi’s, from Istanbul. Poured a yellow-golden body with ok carbonation and a small white head. Sourish very light nose. Grainy, bready taste, simple, some tartness, again no bitterness. Still, bearable.

Found in Kusadasi, Turkey, September 2011. Yellow. Well carbonated, and a tall white head. A fine looking beer. Virtually no aroma, so it could be worse. Very light malt, and dry. Surprisingly, a very light smoke flavor as well.
