Can. It’s a clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. It’s lightly sourish and fruity on the nose, with a touch of cooked vegetables. The flavor is pretty much the same, a very faint bitterness chiming in towards the end. Thin on the palate, dry, and feeling a bit flat. Short finish with some bitterness in the very end. Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head leaving some lacings. The aroma has quite a lot of cooked vegetables, leaving little room for other scents. Some fruityness though. The flavor has a little bitterness towards the end, feels quite dry, and with a thin body. Pleasant carbonation, and luckily there’s not as much dms in the flavor as in the aroma. Still, definitely a beer I’d avoid if in Turkey. 131116

Flaske og boks i Alanya sep-13: ølelskere i Tyrkia lider sterkt under det det tilnærmede monopolet til Tuborg/Efes. Tilsynelatende litt å velge i, men alt smaker nesten likt.

Fra boks i Alanya: gir en noe bedre ølopplevelse enn alt fra Efes (bortsett fra deres utmerkede Dark Brown). Men her snakker vi om små og uinteressante marginer. Tragisk at Efes/Tuborg har noe som er et tilnærmet monopol i Tyrkia.

Can. Clear golden with a medium white head. Weak aroma, grainy with a corny note. Sweetish grainy flavor with some alcohol. Light unpleasant bitterness in the finish. Fizzy mouthfeel. Pretty bland, but not bland enough to be non-offensive.
