Cask (The Raven,Bath) - Gold/amber in colour. Hoppy and citric aroma with grapefruit and a twist of lemon. Fairly hoppy taste with a pleasant grapefruit and peaches in syrup finish.

Cask at the GBBF 2008. Golden colour. Nice and moderately hoppy aroma and flavour, with notes of flowers and tropical fruits.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is eggy, vegetably and also has some mild earthyness in it. Flavour is spiced wood along with some dark fruits and herbal notes.

On gravity at the Bristol Beer Festival 14/3/08. Deep golden colour with next to no head. Spicy hop aroma with some sweet malt. Flavour also inclined towards sweetness with some peppery hops and a decent bitter finish. Ok.

On Gravity at the Old Tavern, Bristol 23/2/08. Copper coloured with a slight, off-white head. Fruity malt aroma. Flavour of caramel with some red berries and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Hazy blond color. Very nice yet delicate hop aroma, flowery and a bit grassy. Dry mouthfeel, some malt aroma, strong hopping, with a grassy and citrusy footprint. Very bitter final, dry too and lightly astringent. Good surprise!

Bottle form Tescos. Deep golden coloured with a moderate white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, honey and a whiff of grassy hop. Sweet malt flavour with some fruit and dry hops. Slightly marred by a pasteurised boiled sweet finish.

500ml Bottle from Tesco. Deep amber colour with no head and slight carbonation. Aroma had plenty of caramel malt with a touch of red fruit. Easy drinking with plenty of caramel flavour and a decent dry finish, with a hint of smoke. Good.
