This wheat beer poured a clouy light yellow colour with a bright white, very lacking, fine foamed head. To the nose there are scents of ripe fruit, light citrus hopps, leather and cream. First sip was very carbonated with flavours of grapefruit juice and hopps. Very bitter/sour initial flavour with a sweet finish that turns bitter over time with strong hop flavour lingering. Very sharp carbonation.

Tap @ brewery. Cloudy, orangish brown appearance with an off white head. Rich oaky, burnt, slightly smoky, thick caramel aroma. Very nice thick caramel malty, rich oaky, moderate campfire, toffee flavor. Actually quite nice.

Tap @ brewery. Light, slightly hazy, light peach yellow appearance with a white head. Somewhat spicy, light wheat, mild raspberry aroma. Slightly tart, fairly raspberry flavor. Bleh.

This ale poured a deep red colour with a big tan coloured, soapy head. No lacing. To the nose there are scents of ripe fruit, brown sugar, beef gravy and leather. First sip was flavourful and a little sweet with tastes of tea, grass and ripe fruit. Finish is slightly bitter with the tea flavour lingering.
