Bottle. Color: Clear dark reddish brown, beige head. Drinking this winterbeer on the terrace at 25 degrees Celsius :). Aroma: Dark fruit, orange, spices, cinnamon. Taste: Medium to above medium body, below average carbonation. Dark dried fruit, orange notes, over moderate fruity bitterness, notes of cinamon, liquorice, hints of wood. Over moderate sweet. Bit sticky mouthfeel. Some more notes of wood, Palo Santo essential oil, and dry mouthfeel at finish. Ok spiced winter beer but not that special in my opinion.

Bottle. Amber color. Dried fruit, oak, whisky, a hint of vanilla and floral notes in the aroma. Malty sweet floral oaky flavor with vegetable notes. Whisky, chloride and dried fruit. Interesting, but not totally clean and with by-flavors.

Bottle shared @ Brent en Rianne beertasting. Dark golden with a white head. Caramel aroma with an almost vinous component. Sweet buttery taste. Smooth mouthfeel. Nice but a bit weird, like it's full of mistakes but still tasty.

Bottle from het Biermoment, batch B005 BB 21/5/2019. Hazy pinkish color, short frothy head. Aroma of rose wine, slight spicy, bit cardboard like malt. Slight tartish in taste, cardboard and mashed apples. Off balance. Pretty bad.

Bottle @ home. Clear amber color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, sweetish, dried fruit, light tart-bitter that reminds me of cherry stones. Taste malts, alcohol, again dried fruit / dark fruit tart-bitter, bitter. Texture is a bit oily, body is medium to full, carbonation is average to medium and a bit fizzy. I don't like it very much, but then again, I don't like tripels very much.

Gedronken met Roelzie1986 en Koen v. D. .het is een troebel oranje bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een zachte zoete caramel smaak met wat kruiden in de afdronk.
