Can at home. Semi-opaque golden pour, white head. Nose is hay, honey, light dms. Taste is sweetish malts, hay and bread, moderate honey, no bitterness. Closes with long lasting sweet malty finish, has light to medium body and soft, in fact too soft carbonation. I’m not a fan of high CO levels, but the carbonation here could be higher, I’d like if it was more crisp.

Can at home. Pours opaque golden with white head. Nose is delicate peppery esters, citric notes and white grapes. Taste is peppery esters upfront, light malts, a bit dusty, then some citric character appears and then closes with a dry, fruity and lightly fruity finish. Has a light body and average to high carbonation. Okay, so when I think of a saison this is exactly what comes to my mind. Very well done.

Can at home from the brewery (6th anniversary beer!). Pours hazy orange with thin, quickly disappearing white head. Nose is huge orange pulp, some zesty bitterness, fanta narancs. Taste is perfectly balanced between tart, sweet and bitterish, showing notes of orange pulp and zest and lactose. In fact it's exactly what it says on the tin, perhaps a bit one dimensional, but truly perfectly balanced. I'm not particluarly fond of orange, but I gotta give it to it: it's exactly what it promises to be,

Bottle from the brewery. Pours opaque goldenish with quickly disappearing head. Nose is funky barnyard, leather, woody an vineous notes. Taste is initially sweetish, funky, malty estery fruity then turns tart and then closes with a dry-as-bone finish. The body on this is light yet full, the carbonation is virtually non-existent. It's not as easy to drink tho, due to itd dryness and conceived tartness. Lovely sipper all in all.

Bottle shared at MONYO. Pours incredibly oily black with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is huge boozey chocolatey malt bomb, it’s molasses and dark chocolate all over with hints of prunes. Taste is molasses and booze, chocolate and light dried fruits with hints of coffee to it. Closes with a long lasting warming and a tad bitterish chocolatey boozy finish, it has a mindblowingly thicc and creamy oily body and soft carbonation. Lovely, amd a tad better with the one with cocoa. Really looking forward to the BA version.

Can at home. Pours a darker, semi-clear golden with white head. Nose is hay, bread and faint honey. Taste is balanced between bitterness and sweetness, leaning into the latter. I picked up hay, bread, light grassy notes and obviously honey, but not as much as I'd expected beforehand. Closes with a sweetish finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. The honey character is not as defining, other than that it's a decent lager for sure but somehow not quite convincing.

Can at home. Pours jet black with a quickly disappearing beige head. Nose is roasted malts and lught earthy notes, some coffee too. Taste is dark chocolate and light molasses, some coffee and dried fruits, a boozy touch on the finish, then dark chocolate again. I cant wrap my head around the body on this cause it’s thick and almost oily, yet the sip feels somehow empty. Interesting, but I certainly did expect a lot more from these guys.

Can at home. Pours hazy pink with a surprisingly thick and long lasting white head. Nose is intense strawberry with a hint of vanilla. Taste is unexpectedly sweet (or at least not-sour) and it bursts with strawberry with hints of vanilla and lactose and just a touch of tartness. Closes with a strawberry finish, has a light to medium, creamy body and soft carbonation. Like other sours I had from BYM this one's also too sweet to my liking but I gotta give it to them that they pulled off that strawberry taste neatly.

Can at home from the brewery. Pours hazy orangeish golden and a thick white head. Nose is tropical fruits, light grassy notes, melon and cedar. Taste is moderately bitter, fruity, citric, somewhat grassy. Closes with a lightly sweet, hoppy finish, has a light to medium, creamy body and soft carbonation. Decent DIPA, but by far not their greatest.

Can at home. Pours hazy orangeish red with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is mainly strawberry and mango, with just a touch of passion fruit, interestingly enough it’s more sweet fruity, than sour. Taste follows basically, starts off sweetish (but at least not-sour-at-all), showing mango and strawberry. Then the finish is tart, perhaps citrusy a bit from the passion fruit and bit dry too. Light to medium body, soft carbo. This is very much like all the sours I’ve had from BYM so far: it’s not bad at all, on the contrary: it’s pleasant and tasty, but it’s so middle road in every sense, I’m tempted to sa mediocre? Well certainly not quality-wise cause it’s pretty well made it’s just not something that’s memorable in any way.
