Na, hat ennel sem tortent semmi ilyesmi, de azt higyje el nekem mindenki egeszen nyugodtan, akar feltetel nelkul is, hogy ez boven a szokasos BYM minoseg, ha nem folotte meg picivel. Draft at Wunder. Hihetetlenul suru es testes, az este folyaman talalkoztam vekonyabb DIPA-val, ami arulkodo azert. Kozben talan ez az egyetlen ami ellene is szol, mert habar izben-illatban nagyon nagyon rendben van, de elkepesztoen el is telit kozben.

Bottle at home. Felpattintottam mar igy koltozes elott, had kopjon a cellar. Pirosas narancsos rozsdaszinu, hab nelkul. Illataban intenziven gyumolcsos, inkabb a szolo es bor dominalja, semming a szilva. Kicsit csersavas, epphogy ecetes, funky. Izre is markansan savas, de kozben valahogy edes es telt a korty is, gyumolcsos, funky, csersavas es fas. Mely es telt a teste, szensav gyakorlatilag nulla. Adja.

Can shared at home. Egy ujabb egyszeru es letisztult, stilusaban kozel tokeletes Szekszardrol. Kovetve a kevesebb neha tobb csapasiranyt, amit a sracok stoutban es sourben megszabtak, hoz mindent, amit a stilustol varok. Semmi tobbet mondjuk, de fel lehet-e roni ezt hibakent? (Nem, nem lehet.)

0.33 l bottle. Deep brown, almost black color, no head. Aroma: chocolate, cocoa and even some hops in aroma. Dry aftertaste. Could be a bit heavier in body, but otherwise it’s fine.

Whenever I drink something from BYM it makes me feel like brewing is a piece of cake. This one for instance is exactly what I look for in hazy/NE/sweeter American IPAs: super fruity, super juicy and extremely drinkable. My only problem is that I feel that the style itself has its limitations, but BYM certainly do know how to reach those limits.

Can from the BYM crew, huge thanks! This one’s the perfect example of how to make a style properly. It’s got everything it should: the grainy malts, the grassy, lightly spicy noble hops, the perfectly crisp and light body and just the right amount of carbonation. Everything in the right place, in perfect balance.

Hazy yellow pour with white head. Big tropical notes, a floral touch, low bitterness both in aroma and taste. Sweet finish with a bitterish touch, light creamy body, soft carbonation.

Can at home. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Nose is cantaloupe and faint cedar (I'm looking at you Sabro) and bg tropical fruits. with a hint of booze. Taste is big sweet tropical fruits, light booze, some cedar again, tutti frutti too. Closes with long lasting sweet fruity finish, full, creamy body and soft carbonation.
