Can, thx Fil for sharing! Hazy yellow body, off-white head, small, thick head. Huge citrus, melon, yellow fruit aroma, white grape, pleasant, dry. Lean, dry taste, citric, earthy, resinous, citric, light white grapes. Okay.

Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasty, chocolate, red berry fruits. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a silky smooth, super rich, oily, molasses, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

Bottle shared at kermis tasting thanls to sjogro. Black with dark brown head. Huge licorice, molasses, caramel, earthy malts, dry oak, sugar. Thick and sweet with strong malts ip front followed by subtle barrel. Solid sweet, medium bitter. Full syrupy body.

Zwarte kleur, geen schuim. Geur van roggebrood, boozy, fruitige alcohol. Retronasaal behoorlijk boozy, een beetje te, fruitig, calvados. Smaak is vrij zoet, gebrand, alcohol. Warmende alcohol. Volle body. Lange afdronk, geroosterd, licht bitter.

Sample uit 50 of 66cl fles, Zaandam Kerst/NY tasting. Zwarte kleur, geen kraag. Stroperig, licht boozy, verwarmend, koffie, rozijnen, brandy, gebrande bruine suiker, chocolade, redelijk wat invloed van het vat maar niet per sé herkenbaar als calvados, bitterzoete finish. Volle body. Lekker spul.
