16oz can pours a deep black, plenty of frothy, off white head. Nose has licorice, burnt toast, smoke, malt. Flavor has malt, licorice, burnt toast. Nose is messy, flavor more balanced. Finishes full bodied but reasonably smooth. 6 4 7 4 13

Draught @ Rattle'n'Hum West. Faintly cloudy dark brown with red highlights, creamy large beige head, faint chocolate aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter roasted malt-dark chocolate taste, smooth body, long finish. Good brew.

Draught @ Young Ethel's. Clear pale yellow with small frothy whitish head, very faint hay aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter lightly salty-sour taste, hay flavor, thin body, longish finish. Not very remarkable.

Draught @ Malt & Mold (9/27/19). Clear pale yellow with small foamy whitish head, very faint malt aroma, adequate carbonation, light malty taste with mild grassy hops, thin body, abrupt finish. Not remarkable.

Draft. Murky, muddy gold/orange. Fizzy white head, diminishing. Aroma of citrus, toasted grain, lemon, orange juice. Sweet with a lightly to moderately bitter finish. Medium body, velvety texture. Another sweet tropical fruit, citrusy neipa. But we’ll put together.

Draft at Beer Culture. Fully hazed orange color, white head, strong lacework. Green onion, pine, and grass. Big mango, pineapple. Smooth and easy drinking. Works well.

Can at RnH. Murky yellowish, white head, strong and streaky lace. Grassy, herbal, some light vegetal notes. Finishes with an orange-mint kinda thing. Odd, and not great, but also not bad. 6/4/6/3/13

Keg at Bryggeri Munkbron, Stockholm. Black with a tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, coffee and some chocolate. The body was full and the finish with some warming alcohol.
