Aroma of roasted malts, dark ripe fruits, dark chocolate, berries, coffee. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a moderate bittersweet finish. Nicely balanced, not too sweet and easily drinkable despite the ABV. Lovely beer.

Aroma of citrus, spicy yeast, floral notes, hint of funk, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a welcome moderate to medium bitter finish. Not that sweet and rather hoppy, my kind of Tripel.

Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet dried fruit, apricots, some vanilla, wood, bourbon, herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a hint of sourness and a light bittersweet finish. Slightly boozy, but also relatively easily drinkable. Quite delicious Barley Wine.

Aroma of wheat, yeast, fruity notes, some banana, hint of citrus, hoppy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Not a bad Weizen at all, I dig the above average hoppy bitterness.

Tap at Café de Hete Brij. Aroma of sweetish fruits, malt, slightly funky yeast, some spicy notes, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Pretty decent attempt at a Saison. This cafe sure does know how to brew tasty house ales.

Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, raisins, caramel, some brown sugar, hint of liquorice. Flavour is sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Body is medium to full, nicely thick mouthfeel. A fairly sweet Doppelbock, but there is a pleasing richness to it.

Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, grass, yeasty notes, a bit sulphury. Flavour is nicely over moderate bitter. Body is medium. Very drinkable and crisp with a good bitterness. Kellerbier-ish. I really enjoyed my bottle of this beer.
