Description
Due South is an independent, Veteran owned, craft brewery with beer in 1000+ stores, bars and restaurants from Orlando to Key West and in the Florida Panhandle. Every beer we make is proudly brewed right here in Southeast Florida in Boynton Beach. The brewery is housed in a large 27,000 square foot warehouse where dozens of beers are produced throughout the year on a 15BBL brew system.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, nuts. Medium body, dark chocolate, boozy, bitter roast finish, good.

Tap at Hops n’ Vines, Washington Avenue, Miami Beach. Pours clear golden/amber with a small white head. Aroma of hop, citrus lemon/lime, with tropical notes. Medium sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation.

12 oz can. Cloudy copper colored pour with a large khaki head and good retention. Spotty lacing. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Taste is a good mix of caramel, vanilla and light honey flavors. Tasty!

Bottle. Pours clear deep reddish mahogany, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma of wood, anise, molasses. Flavor is a bit tart, light sweet, oak, anise, varnish, feet. Medium body. Better than my description, but not good.
