Capped 500 ml from Cap Tap. Pours dark brown/black with a slight dark tan head that didn't endure for long. Aroma of very good coffee precedes earthy chocolate; arguably a vanilla hint. Oh so full bodied. Flavor is like food. Or at least the substance. Vanilla is important here, the coffee is somewhat reduce by the presence of the super smooth toasty malt, and the chocolate should permeates everything. It's not the best IS, but if they could add cherry and rum barrels it might well be. It is not dry, but not sticky. It is not hoppy, but it is reasonably bitter. Really nice ale!

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy, near grapefruit gold with a head that’s foamy and white. Aroma is very fruity - mostly pale stone, but some tropical. Med + body. Flavor is juicy and fruity- some melon, something like passion fruit, and some citrus. Pale stone got lost. Juicily less than dry. Beautifully hoppy. At least moderately bitter. Great.

Tap at Tap Cap. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of blueberry and tropicals. Med body. Flavor starts with blueberry. The mosaic is clearly present, but the tropicals don’t obscure the blueberry. Not entirely dry. Hoppy in a rather not-bitter way. Tasty and different.

My can has a different design, a lower ABV (6.8%), and says the hops are: Ekuanot, Citra, Mosaic. Otherwise, it has the same name. Pours a hazy, golden yellow, with smallish, but lasting head. Aroma of Juicy Fruit gum, some basement dankness. Flavor is grassy, a bit chalky, has loads of tropical fruit, some citrus, and a pinch of pine/spruce bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy, light, pale yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is dank, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows suit, with loads of citrus and tropical fruit elements, just a touch of pine-spruce hop bite in the finish. Good stuff.

Pours a very hazy, pale yellow-orange, with minimal head. Strong citrus aroma, not unlike grapefruit juice, with some pineapple, too. Flavor is very juicy, with citrus and tropical elements. There's quite a bit of bitter, pine/spruce hop flavor as well. A fruity, juicy hopbomb.

Tap at Cap Hop. It’s actually Fickle Beast, but if you see Beats admin hasn’t caught up with me yet. Pours translucent/hazy dark gold with a white head. Aroma is quite tropical. Med body or so. Flavor is very tropical, with citrus and something added that seems “green” - herb? Veg? Something like that. Could be some melon. Lots seems to be in the flavor mix. Good stuff.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours darkly ruddy with a arguably beige head. Smells like an amber with a bit of floral hop. Med body or nearly. Tastes a lot like a typical Irish red, but with more floral hop. Not very much towards dry, if at all, and not trying to be bitter. Malty. Nothing exciting here.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Mildly sour lime aroma. Near med body. Flavor is moderate key lime sour with something added like the white pie toppings - just can’t put the name to it. Kettle sour I’d say, and quite easy to drink.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours hazy, dirty gold with a white head. Aroma of melon and maybe citrus. Near full bodied. Juicy. Flavor is pear and melon, citrus seems to have disappeared. It's juicily undry. Quite hoppy, yet not harshly bitter. Smooth and delicious. Malt is adequate to provide support, but not intrusive. This is quite good.
