Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brn/blk with a tan head. Aroma is sort of mint/marshmallow/chocolate - light on the mint. Med plus body. Flavor rather matches the aroma but is a bit earthy and reflects a lactose presence. Making me think of a mint flavored smore’s. Guess there’s some coconut, cause it’s also making me think of a mint flavored Mounds bar. Seems to be a lot going on with this. Coffee too? Whoosh!

Pours a hazy, pale, light lemon-yellow, with smallish, lasting, frothy white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, some basement dankness. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, some pine/spruce hop bitterness in the finish. Smooth, juicy, prototypical NE-style IPA.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent dark gold with a white head. Aroma of dankish non-citrus fruit. Pale stone and melon? Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is dank and seems melon with pale stone. Very hoppy. Not too bitter. Not getting citrus or pine. So it’s rather mellow for a DIPA. Rather different too.

Pours a hazy, light lemon-yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is very dank, with lots of sour washcloth, some citrus and tropical fruit, and that oil-gas mix odor of Mosaic hops. Flavor is marked by notes of citrus and tropical fruit, some pine-hop bitterness, a touch of gasoline, and a bit of booze in the finish. Pretty good, though the alcohol content could use some better camouflage.

Pours a hazy, light gold, with mid-sized, thick, foamy head. Aroma is very fruity, with almost a chemical aspect (it remind me a bit of what you might smell in an auto body shop). Flavor is lightly sweet, with lots of tropical fruit character, a goodly amount of malt and grassiness, and only a lightly bitter pine-hop finish. Really nice combo and well-made.
