Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and summer fruit aroma. Grapefruit and summer fruit flavor with light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with summer fruit and light tropical fruit.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Smells like a VooDoo maple bacon bar. Well done. Med body or so. It’s a bit thinnish, which interferes with the VD bar illusion, but the flavor remains spot on, despite the coffee being firmly present. Imagine a cold VD bar with cold coffee, and I think you’ll have it. This is an amazing flavor accomplishment.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours bright, brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is dankish grapefruit with some tropicals. Near med body. The flavor hits strong and fruity. It’s dry, towards dank, hoppy and bitter; pretty much grapefruit without either sugar or acidity. Mildly astringent. Quite a decent session ale.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy dirty grapefruit gold with a white head. Grapefruit/citrus aroma. Med +body - it’s “foamy/juicy” body. Very nice. Flavor is tropical juices and grapefruit. Juicily undry, but somewhat astringent - like pineapple acidity. Bitter. Wonderful stuff.

7 months old and still phenomenally good. Juicy, fruity, with nice grape, melon and unripe stonefruit notes. 4.2

Tap at Cap Tap 6th Ann. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is very cantaloupe to me. Med body or better. Flavor seems melon and non-citrus fruit. Still thinking cantaloupe. There’s some dankish thing and a hint of garlic. Fairly dry, very hoppy and nicely bitter. Excellent.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours murky, hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is mixed fruits. Medium body or so. Flavor is citrus/melon. Almost more melon than citrus. Not seemingly cantaloupe tho. Somewhat juicy. Mildly bitter. Hint of dank. Pleasant. Nice change from super hoppy IPAs.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy milkshake gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus; makes me think of dank. Med plus body. Flavor is juicy citrus - not getting lactose, but otherwise a NE citrusy IPA making me think dank. Fruitily undry; bitter in a somewhat zesty way. A near astringent finish. Very good stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Citra Crush’d on 13 Mar 2019 at 18:47 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5. Tap at Cap Tap. Pours very hazy light gold with a white head - tho pretty far from milkshake. Med body. It’s juicy. It’s tropical. It’s also citrus. There’s a mango tang. Tang? IMHO. Malt is detectable from just enough for support. Juicily undry. Very nicely bitter. This is pretty good stuff!

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma has citrus. Med body or so. Flavor is unusual. It has citrus. But there’s an herb note I can’t place. Makes it a little earthy. Dry. Decently bitter. Decent session ale, but it doesn’t seem to match the description very closely.
