Can 1 pint. Pours a hazy golden with a rich, off-white head. Nose is an odd blend of vague pecan with an even vaguer hoppiness. Odd but not bad. Rich, sweet, malty body, some fruit, really thick. Hop bitterness and pecan fighting for attention - neither really wins. Not sure I understand a hoppy background for pecan, it gets somewhat confusing. Ends bitter with only vague pecan notes. 030519

Can 1 pint. Pours a thick and syrupy golden with only the tiniest off-white film of a head. Spicy nose, cloves come to mind. Rich, sweet body - again syrupy with a lowish mouthfeel. Spicy, cardamom? I don't get any blueberries at all. I don't know the breakfast tradition the beer refers to, and I guess that's alright. 030519

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Coconut forward nose with sweet cookie and tropical fruit aromas. Sweet on the palate, body is a bit thin with more cookie and coconut. Lingering pina colada notes and again very sweet.

Pint can. Pours bright hazy yellow. Pineapple, cinnamon, coconut, pina colada, sweet lime, synthetic spice stuff. Good body. Extremely unusual but goddamn tasty at the same time.

Can shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - hazed orange pour with a white head. Prominent vibrant mango fruity notes, nicely balanced coconut running through, medium body, lingering coconut tinged fruity and hoppy finish. Better than anticipated.

Can shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - orange hazed coloured pour with a white head. Pecan nutty and maple prominence overlaying a medley of citrus fruit, medium body, fun and pretty unique but not something I would return to really. --- Beer merged from original tick of Pecan Pie DIPA on 26 Mar 2025 at 08:04 - Score: 7. Can from Village Beer Merchant. Hazy golden. Caramel, pecans, peanut butter, citric, some bitterness. Flavours don't mix well. Should have known, bit of a mis-buy.
