Slight lingering resins/rinds. Minimal warming alcohol for 9.1%. Overall this is an incredible flavored NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, maple syrup, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish, fanatically soft feel. Amazingly juicy, and lightly dank/earthy Citra/Mosaic hop profile; with perfectly balanced maple syrup, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected. All of their NEIPAs are similarly impressive.
