Sample from a can at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear orange-gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Big honey forward nose with grapefruit and citrus and some sweet peach as it warms. Sweet on the palate, very low bitterness and abv hidden very well. Quite sweet on the finish as well. Light-bodied with some creamy character.

16 ounce can. Hazy orange gold color. Large bubbly white head with wonderful clinging lace. Spicy, fruity, floral hop aroma. Sweet honeyish fruit malt flavor. Some light bready notes, though the hops dominate. Tropical fruits abound. Mango, orange, guava, lemon and papaya. High ABV is well hidden. Juicy and highly drinkable.

16 ounce can into tulip glass,; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge apricot, peach, pear, pineapple, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, tangerine, lemon, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of fruity/tropical/citrus hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of huge apricot, peach, pear, pineapple, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, tangerine, lemon, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of apricot, peach, pear, pineapple, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, tangerine, lemon, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical/citrus hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden; a mildly increasing warmth of 9.6% after the finish. Overall this is an amazing DIPA! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical/citrus hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV; with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Definitely a malty DIPA, but not overly sweet/heavy feeling. Extremely juicy tropical/stone fruit hop complexity with balanced pale malts. Tons of Mosaic hop complexity, easily wins me over every time. A highly enjoyable offering.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is odd, with herbal hops, some vegetal notes, and caramely biscuity malt. Flavour is strange, with herbal and vegetal hops, some grass, caramel bready malt and sweet candied sugar. Caramely and quite un-mosaic like. The vegetal character becomes too much after a while. Flawed.

Can. A- Orange juice, marshmallow, ice cream. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Orange juice, marshmallow, vanilla, creamsicle. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This tasted about as close to a creamsicle as I imagine a beer could. No bitterness and doesn't feel anywhere near 8.5%.
