Third Circle beers are now crafted in Dublin at Third Barrel Brewery, where Jon's love for both precision and experimentation are feeling the creation of some exciting new brews. The company's core beliefs are simple: brew with balance, good taste and curiosity. Third Barrel Brewery was founded in Bluebell Avenue, Dublin in collaboration with friends at Stone Barrel Brewing.

Can, courtesy of MiP. Pours clear golden with rocky but stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, with mild estery touches. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with touches of yeast and grass. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with citric and estery hints. Decent and well-balanced.

Can 330ml (Beergium)
Opaque colour, medium-sized beige creamy head and lace. Toasted nose has some Tonka bean domination. Light-bodied. Toasted, some vanilla sweetness, tonka beans, low bitterness. BA smooths it and bring vanilla. Decent but I am not a big fan of tonka beans in beer and not in milk stout fan either.

330ml can. Barely clear, dark yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, rather quickly fading, white head. Piney and citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, grapefruit and lemon, a herbal-spicy touch of peppermint, woodruff, pale malty background. Taste is dry, piney and citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon with a minimally jelly bear touch, minimally sweet, biscuity, pale malty basis, herbal-spicy hoppy overtones of woodruff and peppermint.
