Can at home in Crumlin picked up from Tesco supermarche Crumlin. A light hazed brushed gold pale colour witha fading loose white head. Aroma is milky wheat, stale bread, citrus fruit, midget gems mineral, zesty. Flavour is composed of sour milk, wheaty stale grains, lime zest, tangy, fizzy citrus, lactose. Quite unpalatavle. Palate is tangy and sour, prickly carbonation, mineral. Not good. . Abrasive.

Can at home picked up from Tesco supermarche Crumlin. A hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, creany wheat, Sabro, white grape, coconut, lime. Flavour is composed of rough flaked wheat. Coconut, white grape, melon, Sabro hop. Palate is prickly carbonation, chalky, milky wheat, coconut. Bit rough round the edges. Ok.

Can from Beer52. It pours darkest brown to black with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is dark roasted malt, dark chocolate, brownie, rocky road, umami, liquorice, cacao nibs, touch of nougat and coffee. The taste is dry, bitter, dark roasted malt, charred accents, umami, liquorice, burnt toast, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, coffee, espresso, nip of alcohol, hint of bonfire and pleasingly bitter and toasty finish. Medium+ body and moderate, fluffy. Rich, robust and flavourful. Reminds me a kernel stout.

Can. Asda. 4 for 3 job. About 6 weeks since packaging. Hazed pale yellow gold. Might be a tad mucky. Slim sticky lasting white foam. Nose has oats. Quite yeasty. Hops come across lightly peachy. Little bit of a twang. Taste is dry with minimal bitterness. Drinks ok enough. Certainly not a bad beer, but there’s not much going off overall.
