Associated Venue: Bullhouse East
Established in 2016
We work to the following four values which determine the beers we brew, our responsibility to our local community and to the local environment.
- Transparency
- Curiosity
- Community
- Creativity
With environmental sustainability at our core, we pride ourselves on using local suppliers where possible for our raw materials. All our base malts are grown on the island of Ireland. Unfortunately we don't have the climate to grow hops in Belfast, but we contract the freshest hops from around the world to ensure our hoppy beers are as flavourful as possible.
We naturally carbonate our beers using the CO2 produced during fermentation and have eliminated tank to tank transfers, further reducing our environmental impact.

440ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of passion fruit and mango, some orange. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity hoppy and sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty, notes of passion fruit, mango, some guava, a fruit acidic touch. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Juicy, balanced, drinkable - very nice.

440ml can. Hazy, orange, bright golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Peppery, yeasty spicy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of mango, orange, overripe tropical fruit, shiffs of grape sugar. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity hoppy and sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty, lots of mango, some orange, a touch of grape sugar, peppery, yeasty spicy overtones. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Adequately juicy fruity, sadly with minimally annoying yeasty spicy concomitants - OK.

Black beer, thick brown head with a hefty coffee aroma. Flavour has loads of dry coffee, toasty malt, some dark chocolate, hazelnuts, just a little fruity sweetness. Full bodied, leans right into the coffee and is super drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours faintly hazed orange-gold with a fluffy, mostly white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with expressive saison yeast, some pithy grapefruit, wheat flakes, straw, pale bread, melon. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, par wheat bread, yeast, tangerine, peach, grapefruit, white pepper. Very nice, traditionally styled saison.
