Sample courtesy of BeardedAvenger, cheers Mark! Black brown colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of roast malt, molasses, dark chocolate, coffee, berries, vanilla. Taste is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate & coffee, brown sugar, berry hints, rum barrel, vanilla, with some booze & earthy nutty bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, full bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasted boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from my former brethren. Pours darkest opaque cola. Thin beige head. Aroma is of boozy barrel over chewy malts. Also coffee and berries. Flavourwise it's then quite sweet (but I have just had a couple of different hit sauces with my tea) - boozy, sweet berries and molasses sweetened coffee. Thick. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long finish. Dece.

Taste comprises chocolate, light roast, charr, candied fruits.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze.
Okay sipper and you get a bit of Turkish D but it's struggling to pull clear of 3rd gear as impy stouts go.
