10/11/2023. Bottle bought at the brewery, shared with Andy. Pours pale golden orange with a small frothy just off-white head. Aroma is citrusy, hoppy, floral, light spicy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Light foamy carbonation. Easy drinker from a very good brewery.

25/7/2023. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours almost clear straw gold with a small lasting frothy white head leaving good lacing. Aroma is lemony, citrus hops, light malt, straw and yeast with just a hint of sulphur. Moderate to medium sweetness with a little honey sweetness initially, and a super hoppy bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Long bittersweet finish with a slight citric tartness coming through. Very drinkable. One of the nicest tasting English bottled golden’s I’ve had for some time.

23/7/2021. Cask at the Artichoke, Norwich. Pours clear dark chestnut brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, sweet malts, dried fruits, touch of chocolate, some boozy alcohol notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Full body, sticky texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet, smooth, warming finish. Very good.

24/7/2021. Cask at the Plasterers Arms, Norwich. Pours slightly hazy dark orange amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, grapefruit, grass, earthy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 16/05/21. Hazed orange to light amber with a good sized white head that veers edgeward. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, light pine nip, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises orange peel, toasted grains, melon, light astringency. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Average.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 16/05/21. Moderately hazed golden orange with a good sized white covering. Nose is orange peel, light medicinal notes, grass, herb. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, light pine, dusty fruits, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Low grade IPA ... not doing it for me.

17/5/2021. Cask sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers! Pours hazy dark orange gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is spicy hops, earthy, fruity, leafy, herbal, pine. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet earthy finish. Quite enjoyable.

Cask: Poured a deep orange with a bubble off white head. Aroma is light fruit. Taste is bitter hops, grassy, citrus, piney, really flavorful.
