Description
We are a modern craft brewery and tap room founded in 2014 in Rivington. Focusing on innovative modern styles, while drawing inspiration from the past.

Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

Rivington Cans Night At Home Beer#3 of 3. Hazy tropical fruit and pine brew, which is golden in colour, and despite its strength is quite soft in its texture. It's mildly sticky-sweet in texture, and also full of flavour.

Rivington Cans Night At Home Beer#2 of 3. Mildly hazed golden coloured brew without too much Christmas character despite its name. It's hoppy, enough to hide its strength in terms of taste, has a good body because of it of course. Dryish hitting the palate, there's citrus, tropical fruit, hints of the exotic and some pine available too, in both aroma and taste.

Rivington Cans Night At Home Beer#1 of 3. A hazy pale golden starter, which has a dryish texture, but is full of citrus and pine across both its aroma and taste, although not full in flavour in this respect. Fair body here too.

Can. A mild haze on this yellowish gold, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Airy pale malts, a thinnish fluffy creamy sweetness. Citra and Mosaic would be a yawn fest for me, been there done that, more times than I can remember. It's a classic combo but hardly cutting edge. Nonetheless, done well here, slightly tangy orange and tangerine citrus, modern Mosaic candy fruits. The ace in the hole is Superdelic with red berry candy and bright tropical and stone fruits. Some hop spice on the light finish. Mild savoury skunk throughout. So a tired hop combo and a new hop actually working very well here!
